Email Delivery:
This method is free of charge and is available for certain digital key products. You will receive the
key directly to your email address upon order confirmation.
Standard Shipping for Physical Products (US Postal Service):
This method is used for all physical products and offers tracking information. Shipping costs will
vary based on your location and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost calculated at
checkout.

United States:
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
Europe:
Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
United Kingdom:
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (estimated)

control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.
1.4 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
The product key must not have been redeemed.
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@softdigitalkey.com within
the 14-day window. You will receive instructions on how to return the product safely and securely.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
We will cover the return shipping cost if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
2.4 Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 8 business days. You will receive a notification email confirming the refund.
2.5 Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
Digital key products sent via email delivery.
Products that have been opened or used.
Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse.
3. Additional Information
3.1 Verification Process for Key Returns
For returned physical products containing a key, we may require a verification process to ensure
the key has not been redeemed. This verification may take up to 2-5 business days. We will notify
you of the verification results and proceed with the refund if applicable.
3.2 International Customs Duties and Fees
International customers, including those in the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes once
the shipment reaches their destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. UK-Specific Information
4.1 VAT and Import Duties:
For orders shipped to the UK, you may be subject to VAT and import duties. These charges
are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that VAT is calculated based on the total order value, including shipping costs.
4.2 Brexit and Customs:
Due to recent changes in customs regulations post-Brexit, there may be additional customs
checks and delays for shipments to the UK.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for the latest information and
any potential additional fees.
5. Returns and Refunds for UK Customers:
UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product,
without giving a reason.

You will need to return the product at your own cost.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including any original delivery costs.
