Delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.
Shipping Destination
We ship domestically to the 48 contiguous states (France). Besides that, we also ship to:

NB: Total Delivery Time = 2–5 (Days Processing Time + Shipping Time)
Processing Times
Your order will be processed in 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday), once payment is received and cleared. Order processing may take longer when we receive a huge number of orders per day.
Transit time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the transit time is Standard: 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location within the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, and Netherlands.
Currency support
All prices are displayed in EURO for orders within the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, and Netherlands to ensure a clear and convenient shopping experience.

Free Shipping on all orders in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, France, and Netherlands.
Customs and sale tax
Product prices are inclusive of customs duties and sale tax.
Order Cut-off Time
5 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Paris). If you order after 5 PM, then the order will count the next day.

Products ordered from SoftDigitalKey will typically arrive within 2-4 business days. Custom items may take longer, depending on the unique design and specifications. For a more accurate estimate on custom orders, please contact our customer service team.
Please note that while we aim to deliver within 2-4 business days, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or destination country regulations, which are beyond our control. However, we will keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

Holiday Schedule
SoftDigitalKey does not work on holidays, we work Monday to Friday. This means that orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day. We believe that our employees should have the opportunity to spend time with their families and loved ones on holidays.
