Our software products are delivered electronically as activation codes. Once you receive an activation code, you have the option to activate it with the corresponding software. Activation typically binds the code to your specific account or device, rendering it unusable for anyone else.
Important Note on Refunds:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair in our refund practices. However, due to the ease with which digital products can be activated after a refund is issued, we have implemented a verification process to ensure fairness.
Eligibility for Refunds
We may offer a full refund for your purchase under the following circumstances:
- Non-Activated Code: If you have received an activation code but have not activated it, you may be eligible for a full refund. We will verify the non-activation status of the code before processing the refund. This verification process may involve a short delay.
- Activation Errors: If you encounter a technical error during the activation process that prevents successful activation and cannot be resolved with our support team, you may be eligible for a full refund. We will require documentation of the error to process the refund.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive an activation code for the wrong product due to our error, you may be eligible for a full refund or an exchange for the correct product.
Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Granted
We will not be able to offer refunds in the following situations according to our refund and returns policy:
- Activated Codes: Once an activation code is activated, we cannot deactivate it or resell it. Therefore, refunds are not possible for activated codes.
- User Error: If you activate the code incorrectly, enter an incorrect code, or experience activation issues due to user error, a refund will not be granted.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure you understand the product’s functionality and compatibility before purchasing.
- Technical Issues on Your End: We are not responsible for technical issues on your computer system that prevent successful activation.
Resale of Non-Activated Codes for Refunds:
For non-activated codes, we may offer a refund by reselling the code to another customer. Here’s how this process works:
- You submit a refund request for a non-activated code.
- We verify the non-activation status of the code.
- We attempt to resell the code to another customer.
- Once the code is resold and successfully activated by the new customer, we will issue a full refund to you within 48 hours.
Important: This process relies on the code being successfully resold and activated by another customer. There is a possibility of a delay in your refund if the resale process takes longer than expected.
Your Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to keep us informed of your desire for a refund by contacting our customer support team. You are responsible for ensuring you have a compatible system that meets the minimum requirements to run the software before purchasing. You are responsible for following the activation instructions carefully to avoid user error as per our refund and returns policy.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or exchanges in the traditional sense. However, if you receive an incorrect product due to our error, we will provide you with the correct activation code.
